About The CEO
Shree Hari Group of Industries (SHI) is the brain child of Dr. Ravji Patolia, who made untiring efforts to make his dream come true. Dr. Patolia started his career in this field in 1981 as a Research and Development Manager in one of the leading companies in India, which then merged with Atotech India Ltd.. He has 33 years of experience and is qualified in Synthetic Organic chemicals & Surface Finishing chemicals. Dr. Ravji Patolia believes in continuous innovation and diversification in the company products and in his quest for success. He has been aptly helped by his son Mr. Mehul Patolia, wife Mrs. Savita Patolia and Bhargav Patel.
Infrastructure
We have a robust infrastructure which is duly managed by our team. We have 3 units based in GIDC, Vatva which specializes in the manufacturing of electroplating additives and intermediates. Our manufacturing units cover an area of 3000 Sq. Meters and are equipped with the modern machinery and tools giving way to a production capacity of 300 M.T. Also, we have the most advanced testing facilities like HPLC, GC & UV Spectrophotometer to make sure that our chemicals are made as per the approved norms.

Our CEO had been awarded by Samaj Gaurav in the Year 1998 and his outstanding Individual Achievements and distinguish Services to the Nation by Indira Gandhi Sadbhavna Awards (2002). Sanman by Vatva Industrial Association (2004). We have provided services to Akshardham, New Delhi, India and have been awarded for the Same in the Year 2005. Recently He had been awarded by Rashtra Pratibha Puraskar in the year 2013. He is also working as Advisory Committee Experts for Cleaner Production, Gujarat Cleaner Production Centre, Government of Gujarat, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
